Mindful for Life

I’m so excited to announce that I am reopening the email series that I created last year!
I’m proud to introduce Mindful for Life!

Mindful for Life includes daily mantras, meditations and movement. It takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle change.

I originally created Mindful as a way to encourage others to begin a yoga practice. But soon after it launched I realized that Mindful was so much more! Over the last year I've been creating more around the Mindful Method (I’ve also created a signature coaching method called the Mindful Method!) and I am SO thrilled to have Mindful for Life come into this world! Mindful for Life is for everyone and anyone looking to make some simple shifts in their life.

Mindful for Life is a way to incorporate more mindfulness in your life through mantras, meditation and movement. In yoga, the art of doing yoga is a practice - something that you can always come back to. Some days it's amazing! Other days, frustrating. Being mindful on the yoga mat is a great way to have a fuller and deeper yoga practice. Being mindful in your life can provide a fuller and deeper life!

In short - my experience as both a practitioner and teacher of yoga the more mindful I am, the more successful I feel. Both in my life and my practice.

Here is where we bridge the gap from yoga mat to life! The more mindful I am on the mat, the more I can bring these mindful tactics to my life! Providing yourself a simpler way to learn these tactics can pave the way to finding ease on your mat and in your life.

It's a truly amazing shift to experience! And I'm so excited for you to see those shifts.

This journey will take place over the next 21 days, my hope is that this helps you to create a lifestyle change. I will be guiding you through daily mantras, meditations and movements (yoga & other modalities!). You'll receive daily emails from me with a few added bonuses!

I encourage you to grab a journal, jot down a few thoughts each day and notice what comes up.

One of my yoga teachers used to use the analogy of crossing a wide rushing river. At first glance - it’s impossible. The water is high, it’s raging past and the path is so wide to cross. But when you take a moment to find your breath and find your first stepping stone, soon that big wide scary rushing river doesn’t look so terrible. Soon it’s a series of small steps - from one stone to the next. And soon, you’ve crossed the river! Are there times where you’ll get wet? Yes. But your focus becomes one step at a time, making the crossing a bit easier.

So here’s your gentle reminder:

You ARE worth it.

You CAN do this.

And most importantly...it’s OK if you don’t like something.

You have the power to shift and change and find what suits you.
